This spring, Healthy Tennessee is kicking off its newest initiative to combat the opioid crisis – Rounds with Dr. Manny.

Yesterday we began our Rounds with Dr. Manny opioid roundtable series in Manchester, and heard from over 20 Coffee County community leaders about the challenges they are facing on the ground dealing with opioid abuse. We were encouraged to hear about the many innovative ways they are working to help.

We are looking forward to continuing our discussions across the state and developing a list of best practices and recommendations to be shared with communities and legislators across Tennessee.
