We were so glad to be with community leaders from Greene County to hear about the tough problems they are facing with opioid abuse. There is a real need for greater addiction treatment capacity in this county as well as mental health resources for students and adults. We will incorporate what we have learned into a white paper to present to state legislators and work to get the resources that Greene County residents need.
